We ship from Spain. Our porcelain is made in the EU, so there are no customs duties, neither for EU customers nor for customers in other European countries. With every order we include a declaration of origin on the invoice, which exempts you from paying duties.

For EU customers: the price already includes tax. You pay nothing when the parcel arrives.

For customers in other European countries: there are no customs duties, but when the parcel arrives you pay your local tax and the carrier's customs-clearance fee. These are your country's rules, and they're out of our hands.

For customers outside Europe: your local import rules apply. Whatever is charged on arrival depends on your country.

Please check your local regulations before ordering. If you refuse the parcel because of these charges, the return costs are deducted from your refund.

The shipping cost is added to your total at checkout. You choose the shipping type in the same step.

Yes! We offer premium packaging: a handmade box lined with a linen-style paper. We suggest it to you on the cart page. We have several sizes, all at the same price; we pick the one that best fits the pieces in your order.

We also have our own greeting cards, which we write by hand if you'd like. Just leave us the text in your order notes.

Every order comes with a little booklet: a story about us and about what we value in working by hand, along with a certificate that guarantees the handmade craftsmanship and the quality of the materials used. Bojana signs it herself.

Every order is packed with care. We use honeycomb-structured paper — biodegradable, and it protects the porcelain in transit.

The largest order we've shipped so far was 32 plates to the United States. Not one broke.

Even so, breakages happen now and then. If that happens, you choose between a full refund and having new pieces sent. Any extra costs are on us.

Yes, of course. These are orders we enjoy. Even so, we can't take on every idea, so let's talk first.

Whether the porcelain is handmade or industrial, the rules are the same.

All pieces are dishwasher- and oven-safe. Gold detailing wears down over the years: that's the nature of gold. To make the gold last longer, wash gold pieces by hand with a soft sponge, or in the dishwasher at a low temperature (40 °C).

Pieces with gold (or any other metal) should never go in the microwave: the metal sparks.

Always heat and cool gradually, to avoid thermal shock. Don't take a piece straight from the fridge and put it into a hot oven.

Unglazed surfaces are a little more delicate than glazed ones. Dark food that sits overnight on a surface like that, for example, will leave a mark. It's not a big problem: a soft brush, hot water and baking soda will sort it out.

We look at wholesale orders case by case. The price depends on the size and type of the order, and on the collaboration we see in it.
